Rules & Regulations

  1. Admission to the course will be made by the selection committee on merit.
  2. Prospectus can be obtained from the institute by paying Rs. 500.
  3. Candidates should send the duly filled application form to the institute.
  4. After getting confirmation of admission, the candidate should submit the required documents and fees.

  1. Ragging is strictly prohibited and is punishable offense under the Govt. Law. Offenders are liable for severe punishment including dismissal from college/hostel.
  2. All students are required to wear prescribed uniform. Without uniform, students are not allowed to attend the class.
  3. Students are required to maintain the discipline in the college. Any violation of rules will lead to severe disciplinary action.
  4. Students are not permitted to bring mobile/laptop/electronic devices to college campus.

  1. Student has to maintain minimum of 90% attendance during each semester. If any student fails to attain minimum 90% attendance, he/she will not allowed to appear in semester examination.
  2. Examination fee will be paid by students, as and when applicable.
  3. It is the student's responsibility to take note of all notices displayed on the notice board for their information and compliance.

  1. The caution money is refundable but will be refunded only after completion of the course.
  2. If any candidate is found to have secured admission by fraudulent methods like presentation of forged certificate, cheque etc., he/she can be dismissed from the college at any time during the course and they will forfeit the fee paid.
  3. The student will be responsible individually or collectively for any damage to the property of the institute and the same will be recovered from concerned students.

  1. Holidays observed as per the approved list of holidays of the College.
  2. The student will be taken to places of technical interest and aviation organization to improve their skills. Students are liable to pay the charges of such visits.
  3. For any matter not governed by the rules and regulations declared, new rules will be belated down as and when necessary.
  4. All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Jaipur City (Rajasthan) only.
